Welcome to i Still Love Dogs!
When the popular i Love Dogs, for which I was the senior writer, shut down in July 2014, I just couldn’t simultaneously shut down my love for writing about dogs.
So, in August 2014, I launched this blog. It features the same type of content people enjoyed so much on i Love Dogs — breaking news, helpful tips, fun stuff and much more.
I hope you visit often, and love it as almost as much as the dearly departed i Love Dogs.

Ever since I could hold a crayon, I’ve loved to write. In fact, my earliest career aspirations were to be either a ballerina or writer. Since writing required less coordination and fewer diet restrictions, it won out.
During my career, I’ve worked as a magazine editor, technical writer and freelance writer. I’ve written about animal welfare issues for Change.org and Care2.com, and about human health for Healthline.com and Insider.com.
I am also a lifelong dog lover. (I do love cats too, but, tragically, I’m allergic to them.) From my family’s first pound puppy, a Shepherd mix named Coco, to Ella and Leroy (pictured with me above), to my current rescue pup, Jake, I’ve found that dogs, not diamonds, are truly a woman’s best friend.
